109-4583: 24T Differential Bevel Gear

A Differential Bevel Gear is used to transmit power between shafts that intersect at an angle in the Differential assembly. As the gear rotates, it transmits power from the driving shaft to the driven shaft. By changing the gear ratio, the speed and torque of the output shaft can be adjusted. These are used to change the direction of rotation of the output shaft. This design allows smooth running, which reduces noise and vibration. Attributes: • Provides more strength as it is made from the forging process • Hardened to increase the strength and wear resistance • Provided internal involute spline with 30 teeth and an external involute spline with 50 teeth Applications: A Differential Bevel Gear is used to engage with the pinion gears in the Differential unit and transmit power between intersecting shafts.
