A Quick Release Straight Coupling, also known as a quick disconnect coupling or quick-connect coupling, is designed to connect and disconnect fluid lines rapidly and efficiently without the need for tools or special equipment. It consists of two mating halves, known as the male and female couplers. The male coupler features a protruding nipple or connector, while the female coupler has a socket or receptacle. Attributes: • Provided with an internal seal made of nitrile for a secure and leak-free connection • Designed with a maximum working pressure of 28MPa and a burst pressure of 84MPa to withstand the high fluid pressures • Provided with a maximum flow rate of 189L/min which allows for faster and more efficient fluid transfer Applications: A Quick Release Straight Coupling is used to connect the fluid-carrying tubes or hose fittings and facilitate the transfer of fluids efficiently in the Tamper Lines, Hydraulic Dump, Dump Cylinder Lines, and other Hydraulic Lines, ensuring proper fluid flow.
