Product Description
The Bearing Tilt Link is a component of the bucket control system. It's a mechanical arm that connects the bucket to the dipper (also known as the stick or arm) of the Wheel Loaders. The link plays an essential role in controlling the movement of the bucket and its orientation during digging, lifting, and dumping operations. The hydraulic cylinders connected to the bucket provide the force needed to control the movement of the bucket link and, consequently the bucket itself. Sleeve bearings are inserted into the pivot points of the bucket tilt link. These bearings act as a friction-reducing interface between the moving parts. The sleeve bearings provide a smooth and controlled movement as the bucket tilts forward and backward. Attributes: • Link with sleeve bearings • Engineered to provide optimal stability and ensure safe lifting operations • Attached to the bucket and the dipper arm via pins and bushings • Controls the bucket's curling, opening/closing, lifting, and lowering motions Applications: This Bearing Tilt Link provides a linkage and facilitates smooth and efficient bucket tilting by reducing friction and enabling controlled movement between the bucket and the main frame.
