Product Description
Description: An Indicator Valve opens "against engine pressure" and closes "with engine pressure". Any movement of the valve stem due to engine vibration tends to tighten the valve stem against its seat thus eliminating the possibility of opening under operating conditions. Attributes: Cat® Indicator Valves allow for a reduced installation radius with limited space. They are manufactured with a forged carbon steel body and feature stainless steel internal parts. Recommended Application: Indicator Valves are typically used in Large-Bore Diesel Engine applications.
