The Governor Brake Pedal regulates engine speed by controlling fuel supply. When pressed, it activates a braking mechanism that resists the Governor's movement. This limits the outward motion of the Governor's weights, reducing fuel supply and controlling speed. By adjusting the Pedal pressure, the Operator can modify engine speed.
