235-0251: Accumulator Charging Valve

Description: The Accumulator Charging Valve consists of a main valve body, a relief valve, and a charging valve. The main valve body controls the flow of hydraulic fluid through the valve, while the relief valve is responsible for regulating the pressure within the brake system. The charging valve is used to charge the accumulator with hydraulic fluid. This Accumulator Charging Valve is for use with Mineral Base Hydraulic Oil only. Attributes: • Accumulator Charge Rate is 9.8 - 13.6 L/min • Handles a flow rate of hydraulic fluid within the range of 7.5 - 95 L/min • Operates with hydraulic fluids that have a viscosity within the range of 7.4 - 420 cSt • The Standby Pressure is 270 - 550 kPa at 28.4 L/min Applications: The Accumulator Charging Valve is designed to regulate the pressure of hydraulic fluid within the brake system and ensure that the accumulator is properly charged. This is mostly used in Cat 834G and 834H Wheel Type Tractor (For Dozer), 836G Compactor, 988G, 988H and 988K Wheel Loader, TR43 Powertrain (Power modules, Trans, Tc).
