Description: A Guard Plate is typically a small, flat, and rigid plate made of metal or plastic that is attached to the cover assembly of the Front Suspension, covering the Payload monitoring sensor assembly. It is designed with holes and slots to fit with the relief valve and warning plate. It acts as a shield, protecting the sensor from debris, rocks, curbs, or other objects that could potentially damage or dislodge the sensor during normal operation. Attributes: • Provided with 4 mounting holes to fit the fastener of size 3/8" • High strength and wear resistance. • Manufactured to precise specifications and are built for durability and reliability. Applications: A Guard Plate is used to secure the Payload Monitoring Sensor in the Front Suspension, mostly used in Cat 776B, 776D, 777, 777B, 777C, 777D, 777E, and 777F Trucks.
