A Rear Axle is designed for transmitting power from the engine to the wheels. The Axle consists of an Axle shaft and differential. It provides mounting points for the suspension unit and connects to the wheels through the Axle shaft. The Axle shafts are responsible for the transfer of torque from the differential to the wheels.
