Product Description
A Refrigerant Condenser Core is responsible for dissipating the heat absorbed by the Refrigerant during the Air Conditioning process. It consists of a network of small-diameter copper tubes that are arranged in a parallel configuration. These tubes are interconnected with a series of aluminum fins. When the Refrigerant enters the Condenser Core through the small tubes, it comes into contact with the ambient air drawn in by the Condenser fan. This contact facilitates the transfer of heat from the Refrigerant to the surrounding air. The aluminum fins provide a large surface area for heat dissipation, maximizing the efficiency of the heat transfer process. Attributes: • Prevent overheating and reduce the risk of failures due to thermal stress • Withstands challenging conditions and maintains efficient heat transfer Applications: A Refrigerant Condenser Core acts as a heat exchanger, allowing for efficient cooling and maintaining a comfortable environment for the operator.
