A Charging Alternator is designed to generate an electrical power supply to charge the Battery and Supply electricity to the Parts that require electricity in a machine. It consists of parts including stator, rotor, rectifier, voltage regulator, and Fan. During the operation, the Charging Alternator utilizes the mechanical power from the engine to rotate the rotor, which creates a changing magnetic field in the stator windings. This induces an AC in the stator windings, which is then rectified to DC by the rectifier.
