Description: The Service Brake Tube lines are a vital component of a vehicle's braking system. It is responsible for carrying hydraulic brake fluid from the master cylinder to the individual brake calipers or wheel cylinders, enabling the application of braking force to slow down or stop the vehicle. The tandem service brake line is designed to distribute braking force evenly between the front and rear wheels, ensuring balanced and effective braking performance. It is routed along the vehicle's chassis or frame, following a specific path to ensure it is protected from potential damage and interference with other components. It consists of Nut O - Ring Face Seal (ORFS) and sleeve ORFS. The Nut ORFS is threaded onto the fitting and tightened securely using appropriate tools. As the Nut ORFS is tightened, it compresses the Sleeve ORFS and O-Ring, creating a tight seal between the tubing and the fitting.
