Description: The core fuel cooler is an important component of an engine's fuel system. It is a heat exchanger that cools the fuel by transferring heat to a liquid coolant, which in turn is cooled by air passing over the engine's radiator. It has a tube and fin design, with the fuel passing through a series of small tubes surrounded by fins that increase the surface area for heat transfer.
