368-5213: Transmission Flexible Coupling

A Flexible Coupling is to connect two rotating shafts to transmit torque while allowing for some degree of misalignment between the shafts. It is designed to accommodate angular, radial, and axial misalignment between the shafts. Attributes: • Maximum torque up to 2600 Nm • Misalignment range up to (0.4mm offset) (0.5°) ( ± 3mm) • Dynamic torsional stiffness is 4.5*10 ⁵ N.m/radians Applications: The Flexible Coupling is mounted to the flywheel, which transmits the power from the flywheel to the transmission shaft while allowing for 0.5 degrees of flexibility when it is running.
