Description: Track shoes provide flotation and traction for the machine and protection for the link assembly. Master track shoes are installed over the master track link. Attributes: SystemOne™ Track is designed to operate at higher speeds and greater loads and components wear at a balanced rate. The result is maximum performance at the lowest possible operating cost. Double grouser track shoes have less penetration and traction than single grouser shoes, but better turning ability. Double grouser shoes are standard on track-type loaders and excavators because less turning resistance and greater maneuverability are needed. Trapezoidal track shoes have a trapezoidal hole cut between the bolts to provide a place to relieve extrudable type packing material.
