A Hydraulic Oil Cooler Core is designed to regulate and control the temperature of the Steering Oil within a Hydraulic Steering unit. The Steering coolant flows through these tubes, while the cooling fins provide a large surface area for heat exchange. When the heated coolant passes through the Oil Cooler Core, the large surface area of the fins allows for the effective transfer of thermal energy to the air.
