Descriptions: The Serpentine Belt is also called an accessory Belt, fan Belt, and Drive Belt. The belt is long and snakes through several pulleys. It allows the Belt to pass over more than three pulleys with a large enough wrap angle to avoid slipping, idler pulleys that press against the back of the belt are included, forcing the belt into a serpentine shape. Attributes: • Provide 8 ribs for a better grip and reduce slippage. • Effective Length of the Belt will be 2095 ± 6mm. • Flexible materials such as rubber or synthetic polymers, which allow them to bend and wrap. • Helps to maximize the efficiency of the machine. Applications: The Serpentine Belt is used in the Pulley of the Accessory Drive connected with various components like the Charging Alternator with the Air Condition and in the Engine, mostly used in Cat 14, 140, 14M, 16, 16M, 18, and 18M Motor Graders, C18 Engine-General Platform, C9.3 Engine-General Platform (C9), PM3, PM310, PM312, PM313, RM600, and RM800 Paving Equipment.
