383-2305: 265.5mm Long Exhaust Heat Shield

An Exhaust Heat Shield is used in the Cylinder Head to protect the surrounding components from excessive heat. It is designed with holes and contains a thermal insulation shield and Springs that are to be mounted on the exhaust assembly to protect the components from the high temperature of the exhaust manifold, preventing them from overheating. Attributes: • Provided with thermal insulation with a maximum conductivity of 0.132 W/m.K at 810.93 K, which resists the heat flow. • High strength and highly resistant to wear and corrosion • Provided Outer skin and inner skin thickness of 0.101,0.076 respectively Applications: An Exhaust Heat Shield is used to protect the surrounding components of the exhaust manifold from the exposition of high heat.
