385-7541: 107 Decibel Noise Backup Alarm

Description: White noise back-up alarms produce a directional, non-tonal sound, primarily for use in work zone areas where a noise ordinance is implemented. The alarm is instantly locatable, enabling those in the immediate area to know exactly which vehicle is moving and in what direction. It creates a SHH sound, similar to the static of audio speakers, and can work at lower decibel ratings that contains the sound to only the danger area. This self-adjusting alarm will output a sound level 5dB higher than the ambient noise level within the range of the alarm. Attributes: • Provides enhanced worksite safety in noise regulated areas. • Includes harness with 2 pin connector • 107dB self-adjusting sound level Applications: • These alarms are recommended for construction type machines in noise regulated areas. • To reduce confusion, it is strongly recommended that only one type of alarm, tonal or white noise, be used on all machines in a work zone where multiple machines are operating.
