Description: A Radiator Core is a component of an engine's cooling unit that is designed to dissipate heat from the coolant. It is typically located behind the grille and is made up of a series of thin, flat tubes that are connected to the engine's cooling unit. The Radiator Core is surrounded by a series of fins that help to increase the surface area of the Core, which in turn helps to improve heat transfer. Attributes: • E-coating and UV protectant coating provide a layer of protection against corrosion. • Air fin type of the radiator core is a square wave. • Internal volume of the radiator core is 3.1 liters. Applications: A Radiator Core acts as a heat exchanger, transferring heat from the engine coolant to the surrounding air, mostly used in Cat 834, 834H, and 834K Wheel Type Tractor, 834, 988, 988H, and 988K Wheel Loaders and 836, 836H and 836K Compactors.
