391-6449: 1/4" Check Valve

A Check Valve is to allow fluid to flow in only one direction. It consists of a Valve body with an inlet and an outlet port, a movable disc, and a mechanism to hold the disc in place. The purpose is to automatically open and close in response to the pressure and flow direction of the fluid passing through it. Attributes: • Provides precise control over the flow of fluid • Can regulate and control the pressure Applications: A Check Valve acts as a barrier that allows fluid to flow in only one direction and prevents backflow in the Air Line, opens and closes in response to the pressure and flow direction of the fluid passing through it.
