3P-0327: 0.11" Thick Shim Pack

The Shim Pack helps to adjust gaps, alignment, and fitment between two surfaces or parts. Shims are employed to fine-tune the fitment of parts, compensating for slight variations in dimensions and achieving desired clearances. The Shim Pack consists of 13 shims. Attributes: • Distribute loads evenly between mating surfaces, avoiding localized stress concentrations • Ensure proper positioning and reduce vibration or noise • Provide 7 mounting holes of diameter 0.406" Applications: The Shim Pack is used in the part of the transfer gear to achieve the desired fit and stack to the components and achieve the required thickness or alignment.
