Description: A Shaft Retainer Plate is a component of the Final Drive group that prevents the Planetary Gear Shaft from coming out or getting lost during the operation, ensuring that it remains securely in its intended position in the Planetary Carrier assembly. The primary function of the Retainer Plate is to retain the planetary shaft which is subjected to vibrations, shocks, or other forces that could cause them to come loose or fall out. Attributes: • Provided with 2 mounting holes to fit the fastener of size 1/2" • Provides reliable retention for the planetary shaft. • High strength, wear resistance, and can withstand high vibrations. • Provided with a groove to fit a Seal-Quad Ring which provides a secure seal. Applications: A Shaft Retainer Plate is used to hold and secure the planetary shaft in the Final Drive, mostly used in CAT 365 and 5110 Oem Applications, 589, 589X and 591 Pipelayer, D10, D10N, D10R, D10T, D8L, D9, D9L, D9N, D9R and D9T Track Type Tractor.
