A Lift Arm Cylinder is designed to create a linear motion using hydraulic fluid pressure. It consists of a cylindrical housing containing a piston, which separates the internal chamber into two compartments, the rod side and the cap side. The Piston is connected to a rod that extends out of one end of the Cylinder. When hydraulic fluid is pumped into the Cap side of the Cylinder, it exerts pressure on the Piston, causing it to move towards the rod side.
