450-3125: Air Line Flange Tube

Description: An Air Line Flange Tube is a component of the Air Lines in the Engine that is responsible for carrying the fluid between the exhaust gas valve and the exhaust cooler assembly. This Tube is designed with a flange to be attached to the gas valve and to fit with the hose along with the help of clamps for transferring the gases. It has an optimum size that allows more gas to flow through the Tube along with maintaining the velocity of the flow. Attributes: • Provided with a Flange for a tight seal that prevents fluid leaks. • Withstands high air pressure of up to 300 Kpa • Withstands vibrations and shocks generated by the Engines. • Provided with high strength, wear, and corrosion resistance. Applications: An Air Line Flange Tube is used in the Engine Air Lines to carry the gases between the exhaust check valve and the exhaust cooler, mostly used in Cat 12M, 140, 140M, 150, 160, and 160M Motor Graders, 2864C, 586C and 586D Tree Harvesters, 336, 336E, 336F, 340F, and 568 Excavators, 627, 627H, 627K, 637 and 637K Wheel Tractor-Scrapers, 725 and 725C Articulated Trucks, 966K, 966M, 972K, 972M and 980M Wheel Loaders, 973K Track Loaders, C9.3 Engine (Piston), C9.3 Engine-General Platform (C9), D6, D6T and D7E Track Type Tractors, PL72 Pipelayers, PM3, PM310, PM312, and PM313 Paving Equipment.
