470-0239: Clean Emissions Module

Description: A Clean Emissions Module is designed to remove harmful oxides of nitrogen (nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide), sulfur dioxide, aldehydes, primarily formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acrolein, and various hydrocarbons particles by using a systemic process that is followed by passing the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) through a catalytic convertor for a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR). This is important to reduce the emissions from a machine and adhere to various emission norms that are both local and global. Attributes: • Provides that the engine meets emissions standards and operates efficiently. • Provide accurate readings of the fluid level and transmit data to the exhaust after-treatment control module. Applications: A Clean Emissions Module is a component used in diesel exhaust fluid tanks, mostly used in CAT 120 and 120K Motor Grader, 950, 950M, and 962M Wheel Loader, 953K and 963K Track Loader, 953K and D6N Track Type Tractor, C7.1 Engine (Piston), C7.1, XQ125 and XQ230 Generator Set, HRD25 Underground Mining, M318F, M320F, M322F, MH3022 and MH3024 Excavators, M320F, MH3022, MH3024, MH3026, MH3027 and MH3037 Material Handler.
