Product Description
The Receptacle Transducer is used to sense or measure physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, force, displacement, or flow rate. It consists of a transmitter, pipe bushing, and receptacle. The transmitter is the part of the Receptacle Transducer that generates the electrical signal. It is made up of a coil of wire and a magnet. When the pressure, temperature, or flow changes, the magnet moves and generates a current in the coil. The pipe bushing isolates the transmitter from the pressure, temperature, or flow. The receptacle connects the transmitter to the electrical system.
