492-0559: Oil Level Gauge

Description: The Oil level gauge is a cylindrical metal tube used to measure the level of oil in an engine. It is done by inserting the tube into the engine's oil reservoir where one end of the oil level gauge tube is attached to the oil pan of the engine, while the other end extends upward and is open to the atmosphere. The tube is marked with measurement indicators to indicate the current oil level within the engine. It has a washer or gasket which prevents oil pop out when the stick is being inserted into the tank.
