4M-5991: 67.17mm Outside Diameter Straight Sleeve Bearing

A Straight Sleeve Bearing is a sliding contact bearing in which the surface of the shaft slides over the surface of the bush. It consists of a cylindrical sleeve with a smooth inner surface that allows a shaft to rotate inside it with minimal friction. The angle of contact of the bearing with the journal is 3600, therefore, it is a full journal bearing. With the addition of lubrication, sleeve bearings offer a low coefficient of friction and provide excellent wear resistance. This Sleeve Bearing is placed inside between the track link assembly to provide smooth operation. Attributes: • Designed to minimize friction between the shaft and the bearing surface • Can accommodate misalignment between the shaft and the bearing surface • Provided with a tapered diameter of 66.53mm at both ends • Rockwell hardness of HRC 57-62 provided with wear resistance. • Possesses high shock load resistance, and minimizes vibration.
