Description: A Fuel Pump Gasket is a gasket that covers the gap between two or more mating surfaces and is often used to prevent leakage from or into the connected components when under compression. Gaskets are normally made from a flat material, a sheet such as paper, rubber, silicone, metal, cork, felt, neoprene, nitrile rubber, fiberglass, polytetrafluoroethylene (otherwise known as PTFE or Teflon) or a plastic polymer (such as polychlorotrifluoroethylene). Attributes: • Provided with 14 mounting holes to fit the fastener size 1/4" • Manufactured to precise specifications and are built for durability, reliability, and productivity. • Provided with 2 holes of sizes 17mm and 22mm each. Applications: A Fuel Pump Gasket is used between the Fuel Injection Pump Housing and Governor to provide a tight and secured seal, also used on applications where anti-vibration, packaging, noise, and sound reduction are required.
