4W-5549: Oil Cooler Core

A Hydraulic Oil Cooler Core is used to maintain optimal operating temperatures of Hydraulic fluids within the Engine unit. The tubes are strategically positioned within the Core and surrounded by closely spaced fins. This design maximizes the surface area available for heat transfer. Hot Hydraulic Oil from the Engine unit flows through these tubes while cooling air or a separate coolant medium passes over the external surface of the tubes. This arrangement allows for the transfer of heat from the Hydraulic Oil to the surrounding air. Attributes: • Leak tested to withstand 85psi of air pressure • Withstands pressures and vibrations associated with Engine operation Applications: A Hydraulic Oil Cooler Core serves as a heat exchanger, dissipating excess heat generated by the Engine during operation.
