A Bucket Cutting Edge Wear Plate is a protective part that is used to protect the right-hand side end cutting edge of the bucket which is the primary contact point with the ground or material being excavated. The cutting-edge wear plate, made from a hard, abrasion-resistant material like hardened steel, is located at the top of the end cutting-edge segments of the bucket. It protects the cutting edge from the abrasive and high-stress conditions it encounters during operation. Attributes: • Withstands the vibrations and forces that are encountered during operation • Hardened to Rockwell C scale hardness value of 38 HRC to increase the strength and wear resistance Applications: A Bucket Cutting Edge Wear Plate is used on the top of the right-hand side end cutting edge segments of the bucket to absorb and dissipate the wear and impact forces that the bucket faces during operation.
