Description: A Ball bearing is a type of rolling-element bearing that uses balls to maintain the separation between the bearing race. The balls roll between the races, reducing friction and enabling smooth and efficient motion. The outer race mounts the transfer of the radial load from the bearing to the housing. In the Powertrain drive shaft, the Ball Bearing is typically placed in a bearing housing that is attached to the shaft. As the shaft rotates, the balls roll along the inner and outer surfaces of the bearing housing, allowing the shaft to rotate smoothly.
