Description: The Fan Drive V Belt, also known as the V-ribbed Belt or Serpentine Belt, is a critical part of the engine's accessory drive unit. The belt is routed around a series of pulleys and is kept in tension by a tensioner or idler pulley. As the engine runs, the belt rotates the pulleys, which in turn drives the accessories. Attributes: • Provided with improved grip and reduced slippage • Effective length of the belt will be 1485mm. • Designed to withstand high temperatures Applications: The Fan Drive V Belt is used to efficiently transfer power from the engine to the Fan Drive Pulley, this is mostly used in Cat 315D and 319D OEM Applications, 315D, 318D, and 319D Excavators.
