The Vibratory Gear Motor converts electrical energy into mechanical vibrations. They are composed of an electric motor, a gearbox, and an eccentric mass. The electric motor rotates the eccentric mass within the gearbox, generating vibrations that can be transmitted to an external structure. As the gears rotate, they create a vacuum that draws in the oil from the reservoir. Attributes: • Manufactured to precise specifications and are built for durability, and reliability • Supports a minimum operational speed of 600 RPM and max of 3500 RPM • Provides the necessary strength to efficiently transfer rotational force of 140 Nm • Manufactured with bidirectional Rotation with drail line pressure of 5bar Applications: A Vibratory Gear Motor rotates, the eccentric weights create vibrations that are transmitted to the screed plate. This dynamic vibratory action improves material compaction and surface finish during the concrete asphalt paving process.
