Description: A Track Link is a component of an Undercarriage, which connects the track shoes to form the continuous Track that allows the vehicle to move over rough terrain. The assembly of the Track Link consists of parts like Stopper, Track Bushing, Bush End Link, Track Link, Pin End Link, and Track Master Bolt. The Pins and Bushings allow the Links to pivot and articulate relative to each other, which enables the track to conform to uneven ground and maintain traction. Attributes: • Pins and Bushings are sealed against dirt and debris and are lubricated internally to reduce wear and tear. • Positive Pin Retention refers to a design feature that ensures that the pins remain securely in place, even under heavy loads and extreme operating conditions. • Distributes the load evenly over the track shoes to withstand high loads and strains during operation. Applications: A Track Link is used to provide better traction and stability for the movement of the Track assembly in the Undercarriage, predominantly used in Cat D6, D6H, D6R, and D6T Track Type Tractors.
