573-7769: 70mm Diameter Arm Pin

The Arm Pin is used as a pivot point to control the movement of the Arm. The Pin locks between the end of the Stabilizer Cylinder and the Arm unit. The Pin is secured using fasteners to maintain stability which ensures the proper motion of the Arm under heavy loads. Attributes: • Direct hardened to achieve a hardness, which created an indentation of 3.4-3.7 in the Brinell Scale indicating better strength • Induction hardened to achieve a minimum surface hardness of 57 in Rockwell C for better wear resistance • Plated with Hard Chrome to a thickness of 0.013mm to improve wear resistance Applications: The Arm Pin provides support while actuating the Arm used in the Stabilizer.
