Description: Cat® Engine Enclosure Right Side Door is a part of the enclosure that allows the operator to check and service the engine components. A door may consist of several components, a door frame that supports the door and attaches it to the enclosure. A door handle that enables the operator to open and close the door. A door latch that secures the door in place when closed. A door hinge that allows the door to swing open and shut. A door seal that prevents air, water, dust, and noise from entering the cab. A door shock that dampens the movement of the door and prevents it from slamming. A door for an excavator machine should be durable, reliable, and easy to operate.
