5L-2442: Rectangular Gasket

A Rectangular Gasket is a Component used to seal the joint between the radiator and the engine coolant pipes. This gasket is positioned exactly between the radiator and pipe outlet to prevent coolant from leaking out from the system. Gaskets are usually made from flexible materials to position any irregularities in the mating parts and provide proper mating. Attributes: • 6 mounting holes each of diameter 10.5 mm to ensure proper mounting of the gasket with mating parts. • Withstands High Temperature and Pressure of the system. Applications: A Rectangular Gasket is used in Radiator Pipe Outlets, these are anti-vibration, packaging, noise and sound reduction, and most importantly, its most common use of sealing.
