5N-7832: Rectangular Segmented Gasket

A Rectangular Segmented Gasket is a seal which fills the space between two or more mating surfaces, generally to prevent leakage from or into the joined objects while under compression. Gaskets use compression to provide a tight, leak free seal between mating parts. Cat gaskets are designed using the right combination of material and to deliver performance and application. Attributes: • Provided with 18 Mounting holes each of diameter 11mm • Manufactured from rubber material to adapt temperature and pressure changes. Applications: A Rectangular Segmented Gasket is used in various application, these are anti-vibration, packaging, noise and sound reduction, and most importantly, its most common use, sealing. Gaskets are used in many static joints throughout Cat machines and engines.
