Product Description

A Rotor Pinion is a small gear that engages with a larger gear, transferring rotational motion and force in an Air Starting Motor. Its main function is to transfer the power generated by the motor to the drive gear that pressurizes the air which in turn drives the pinion, and the rotating motion is transferred to the engine's crankshaft. Attributes: • Withstands the vibrations and loads that are exerted during operation • Provided with high strength and wear resistance Applications: A Rotor Pinion is used in the Air air-starting motor to transfer the torque or rotational motion from the rotor to the drive gear for starting the engine.
