5U-4278: Hydraulic Cylinder Piston Ring

The Piston Ring is to create a tight seal between the Piston and the inner surface of the Cylinder bore. When Hydraulic pressure is applied to the Piston, it moves within the Cylinder bore. The Piston Ring prevents Hydraulic fluid from leaking past the Piston into the area between the Piston and the Cylinder wall. This helps maintain the pressure required for the Hydraulic Cylinder to generate force and perform its intended function.
