Description: Triple grouser track shoes, such as 602-0646, provide flotation and traction for the machine and protection for the track link assembly. Attributes: • Slotted, Triple Grouser Track Shoe • Track Pitch: 134 mm (5.3 in) • Shoe Width: 400 mm (15.8 in) • Triple grouser track shoes have less penetration and traction than single grouser shoes, but better turning ability. Triple grouser shoes are standard on track-type loaders and excavators because less turning resistance and greater maneuverability are needed. • Slotted track shoes have horizontal slots cut between the bolts to provide a place to relieve extrudable type packing material.
