Cat drivetrain axle components are designed & manufactured to meet these types of demands. The result is a drive train that lasts longer and works harder over the life of the machine. The barrel consists of mounting hump, drop center, rim and flanges on both sides. It provides means to transmit power to the ground through pneumatic tires.
