Description: A Thermocouple Temperature Sensor is used to measure temperature by detecting the voltage or electrical potential difference generated between two different metals when they are exposed to heat. The thermocouple consists of two different metal wires or elements, made of different alloys, that are welded or fused together at one end to form a junction. The other end is connected to a measuring instrument or device, such as a digital thermometer or a temperature controller.
