Description: A Belleville Spring is used in the clutch hub of the Transmission Planetary assembly. It is stacked with multiple springs together in the compact clutch pack arrangement, to apply load to the planet gears when the clutch is engaged. It is typically made of high-quality material and is designed to be very strong and durable, capable of supporting heavy loads. Attributes: • Hardened to increase strength and wear resistance. • Absorbs and stores mechanical energy when deformed and releases it when the force is removed. • Provided with excellent durability and resistance to fatigue. Applications: A Belleville Spring is used to apply force to the gears in the Transmission Planetary, mostly used in CAT D6, D6T, D7, D8, and D8T Track Type Tractors.
