A Bucket Bottom Wear Plate is used to protect the rock bucket from the abrasive and high-stress conditions it encounters during operation. It is made of a hard, abrasion-resistant material like steel and instead of needing to replace the entire bucket or larger, more expensive sections, the wear plate can be replaced when they wear out. Attributes: • Hardened to Rockwell Hardness C Scale value of 35, which indicates its resistance to deformation and wear • Features holes on the plates, which help to dissipate heat and remove excess debris Applications: A Bucket Bottom Wear Plate is fitted on the bottom of the bucket near the quick coupler of the rock bucket to absorb and dissipate the wear and impact forces that the bucket encounters while in use.
