6D-8034: Power Control Output Shaft Universal Joint

A Power Control Output Shaft Universal Joint consists of two yokes, one connected to the Power Control Unit (PCU) output and the other to the output shaft, the respective shaft ends. A central cross member with bearing cups at each end connects the yokes. Needle bearings housed within the bearing cups allow for smooth, low-friction rotation between the cross member and yokes. Attributes: • Prevents binding and excessive strain on drivetrain components due to misalignment • Capable of transmitting high levels of torque Applications: A Power Control Output Shaft Universal Joint allows the Power Control Unit (PCU), which controls power distribution and engine functions, to connect with the output shaft that transmits power to the wheels. It accommodates misalignment between the shafts.
