Description: A Support Plate is a component used to give the oscillating movement of the Butterfly plate in the Air Lines to control the flow of fluid. The Plate is typically made of durable material, such as metal, and is designed to hold the butterfly valve shaft in the housing, providing additional support and stability to the shaft. The Plate comes in a range of sizes, thicknesses, and other features depending on the requirements. Attributes: • Provided with a hole to fit the fastener of size 3/8" to lock the plate with the shaft. • Suitable to fit a shaft with an outer diameter of over 22.21mm • Hardened and Carburized to a depth of 0.4-0.8mm to provide high strength and wear-resistant layer on the surface of the component. Applications: A Support Plate is used to control the rotation of the Butterfly Shaft in the Air Lines, mostly used in CAT G3612, G3612|3612, G3616 and G3616|3616 Engine (Piston).
