The Duo Cone Seal is designed to provide effective sealing and protection against contaminants, such as dirt, water, and debris, for the idler shaft and its associated components in the Track Idler. It consists of two parts such as toric ring and seal ring where one cone is placed on the stationary side of the shaft, while the other cone is placed on the rotating side. Attributes: • Withstand the continuous rotational motion without compromising its sealing capability • Handle the high pressure and temperature conditions encountered during the operation Applications: The Duo Cone Seal comes into contact with the rotating shaft where the pressure generated by the rotating motion helps create a tight seal between the sealing rings and the respective mating surfaces.
