6Y-6678: Drive Group Shim Pack

Description: Part such as 6Y-6678 is used in rear pump drive group of a power train assembly. Cat shims are designed to provide a tight fit between machined parts by securely holding mechanical parts in place to reduce excessive wear on adjacent parts and hardware. Cat shims provide superior protection, being manufactured from high quality materials with properties that provide a long wear life, and the high performance you demand. Attributes: • Material: Shim Steel. • For use with M12 hardware. • Total Thickness: 4.75mm (0.187 in). • Outside Diameter: 390mm (15.354 in). • 8 holes diameter 14mm (0.551 in) placed at pitch circle diameter of 365mm (14.370 in). • Shim pack consists of 5 shims 0.05mm (0.002 in), 5 shims 0.1mm (0.004 in), 8 shims 0.5mm (0.02 in). • Shims are flat and free from dents and wrinkles.
